Are You Fasting?
Our high school group has been fasting this past week.
- Thursday we has an entertainment fast (no TV, music, etc)
- Friday was a sweets fast (ice cream, soda, coffee, etc)
- Saturday was a technology fast (no computers or cell phones)
- Sunday is the food fast (no meals until dinner)
- Monday is a "speak first" fast (never be the first to speak)
- Tuesday is a re-do fast (retry one of the fasts you struggled with).
Our hope is that we would be able to create some space in our lives to see and hear God. I'm curious...how is the fasting going?
