WINTER DESSERT

This Wednesday is our annual Winter Dessert from 6:30-8:00. This event is for the whole family so bring the whole family! The night will be filled with looking back AND looking forward...filled with laughter and healthy desserts (cough cough wink wink)

GAR and Winter Dessert

There is no Wednesday night youth group due to stupid week (I mean presidents week) but GAR runs from 10:00am Tuesday - 10:00am Thursday.
The following Wednesday is our annual Winter Dessert from 6:30-8:00. Bring the whole family for Beach Freeze highlights plus much, much more

Ash Wednesday = Double Youth Group

This Wednesday is a unique night for our High School group because the night will consist of 2 Parts:
PART 1 - Ash Wednesday Service (7:00-8:00)
We will gather in the worship center to begin Lent and our 40 day journey to the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. If you have never attended our Ash Wednesday Service then I really encourage you to give it a try. If you have been before then you know it is an amazing service!

PART 2 - A&W (8:00-9:00)
We will meet in room 101 for A&W floats and a time to discuss Ash Wednesday, Lent, why people "give up things for Lent" and get ourselves ready for GAR

D-Nite

This Wednesday is our first D-Nite of the year
We will wrestle with a classic Christian discipline (practice) and then seek to put into our daily routine.
We will meet from 7:30-9:00 IN ROOM 101

I hereby release Harbor Covenant Church, its staff and sponsors, from responsibility and liability for any injury and illness that my child may sustain during this activity. In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize an adult leader of this activity, as an agent for me, to consent to any x-ray examination; medical, dental or surgical diagnosis; treatment; and hospital care as advised by a physician, surgeon or dentist (as appropriate) as listened to practice under the laws of the state/province where the services are rendered, either at the doctors office or in any hospital. I expect to be contacted as soon as possible.

I also understand that if my child is disruptive, brings alcohol, drugs, weapons, causes any injury to themselves or others, or engages in any unacceptable behavior, I will be responsible to remove my child from this activity and transport them immediately back to Gig Harbor.
